Growing Learners is looking for a high energy, positive teacher to join our Preschool team!

We are looking for a primary caregiver in our Preschool classroom teaching ages 3-4.

Responsibilities include:

Creating a safe and nurturing environment

Building parent partnerships

Creating and implementing age appropriate curriculum

Inputting information about the children on your classroom tablets

Communicating well with other team members

Candidates should enjoy working on a team and are welcome and encouraged to share ideas and be involved in decision making for their program. We are a nature based program and have multiple outdoor spaces, including an outdoor classroom. The children often eat lunch and snack outside.

Currently we participate in the DHHS teacher stipend program which provides all team members with a monthly bonus. This is locked in until July of 2026!
