What you'll do

Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to guide children's development. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's unique needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring their emotional and educational needs are met. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes learning and creativity. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Background in behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other early childhood education philosophies. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early education.
