We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our students, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future learning journeys.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs, to promote their growth and development. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Incorporate physical education activities to promote health and wellness among preschoolers. Facilitate literacy education through interactive storytelling, reading sessions, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that reflects a positive learning atmosphere.

Skills

Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices. Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support to young learners. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of physical education techniques suitable for preschool-aged children. Familiarity with special education strategies to support diverse learning needs. Proficiency in literacy education methods to enhance children's reading skills. Competence in lesson planning that meets the developmental needs of toddlers. Understanding of standardized testing processes as they relate to early childhood assessment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
