We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Preschool Teacher to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with the ability to manage a classroom of up to 12 children aged 3-4 years old. We are looking for an experienced preschool teacher to provide a safe, loving, engaging, and organized learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children aged 3 to 4 years.

Supervise and manage a classroom of up to 12 children, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment.

Work closely with an assistant teacher to maintain daily operations of the classroom.

Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and students.

Be comfortable and experienced in potty training and changing children's diapers as needed.

Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and ready for daily activities.

Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns using Brightwheel app.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a preschool classroom.

DCF 45-hour certificate required.

Current CPR certification.

Experience with potty training and diaper changing.

Ability to handle a classroom with children aged 3 to 4 years.

CDA certification preferred.

Must be willing to continue your early childhood education and professional development. 10 in-service hours required annually.

Must be a respectful team player, working well with students, parents, teachers, and coworkers.

Must be reliable, responsible, and comfortable with the daily responsibilities of classroom management.
