Job Description

Must be 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Complete ECD 101 (not required to be hired but must be willing to take the course). We use the TEACH Scholarship Program to help assist our teachers further their education in Early Childhood Development*
At least 6 months experience in a licensed childcare facility Helps provide a nurturing and caring environment for the children and helps to meets the needs of the children. Is self-motivated, self-directed, and creative, reliable, and trustworthy Has great communication skills with children, parents, and coworkers Is dependable and also flexible to work more hours (if needed) Must be able to manage the classroom and demands of children ages 6 weeks and up Neat, clean, professional appearance Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to see, hear, and communicate verbally and in writing with staff, parents, and children Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and squat at least 95% of the day
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
