Job Description

Tender Hearts is seeking 1 part time aide for our Pre School, 4 year old program. The position is for afternoons from 1:30 - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have High School Diploma (or equivalent). Prior experience in center based child care is preferred. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

The ability to work well with in a team environment is important. Candidates must have excellent communication skills with team members and families.

Responsibilities:

Work with the lead teacher and other assistants to provide a safe, caring, nurturing , and healthy environment Ongoing communication with parents and fellow team members Provide child care in accordance with DHS regulations Assist team members as needed throughout the day Part time, Monday - Friday 20 hours per week Year round position
Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent Center based experienced preferred
