Variety Child Learning Center is seeking

full time and part time

Teacher Aides and Assistants to support in our preschool classrooms!

Our program operates 12 months/year, Monday-Friday 8:00 am-3:00 pm.

Applicants must love children, be nurturing, energetic, patient, and reliable. You will be assisting in classroom responsibilities including snack time, arts and crafts, sensory play, playground time, movement and other activities that focus on child development.

Paid Time Off: You will accumulate one hour of paid time off "PTO" for every thirty hours worked, up to a maximum of 56 hours per school year (July 1 to June 30) in accordance with New York State Sick Leave Policy.

Full time Teacher Aides and Assistants are paid for holidays and school breaks.

Some conditions apply.

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required. Fingerprinting, NYS criminal background checks, and annual medical required.

Experience working with young children preferred.
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Available Schedules:

Monday to Friday Full Time (8:00 am-3:00pm) Part Time (10:00 am-2:00 pm or 11:00 am-3:00 pm)
