Responsibilities

An Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. They plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Teachers build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Daily responsibilities include supervising children, maintaining classroom organization, documenting developmental progress, and ensuring compliance with all licensing and safety standards.

The Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experiences:

Background in early childhood education or childhood development. Experience working with Preschool aged children Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students of all ages. Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff to enhance student experiences.
