Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Culture

Lead by example with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and inclusivity among staff and families. Build strong relationships with teachers, families, and the local community.
Compliance & Operations

Maintain full compliance with all state and local childcare regulations. Uphold the highest standards for health, safety, and cleanliness. Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and budget performance. Analyze and report monthly financial results (P&L).
Staff Development

Recruit, train, and mentor teachers to ensure program quality and consistency. Conduct classroom observations, provide feedback, and support professional growth. Encourage creativity and ownership among team members.
Curriculum & Family Engagement

Support teachers in implementing the

L.E.A.P. Curriculum

, encouraging a balance of structured learning and joyful play. Communicate effectively with families to ensure strong partnerships and child success. Conduct center tours and host community events to promote enrollment and awareness.
Qualifications

2+ years of center leadership/management experience preferred

(minimum 1 year required).

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE)

or related field strongly preferred.

State-specific Director or Administrative Credential

required. Strong understanding of state licensing regulations. Previous experience working in daycare or preschool environments. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
