We manage

100+ luxury homes and condos

throughout Park City and Deer Valley, from boutique studio condos to premium 8-bedroom estates. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Property Manager to help elevate our guest experience and homeowner satisfaction.

About the Role



We're seeking a unicorn--someone equally comfortable managing premier luxury properties in the field and supporting our home office team with guest and homeowner communication. This hybrid position blends property care, hospitality, and relationship management.

You'll perform detailed inspections, oversee property readiness, handle guest issues with professionalism, and complete minor repairs. You must enjoy delivering excellence, be technically capable, and feel confident working with high-net-worth homeowners and guests.

This is a

hybrid field + office role

. A company work vehicle is provided during your shift.

Applicants must live within 10 miles of Park City.



Key Responsibilities



Property & Guest Readiness



Conduct high-detail property inspections and pre-arrival checks for luxury homes Ensure every property is perfectly prepared and guest-ready Perform minor repairs (locks, gaps/patches, light fixtures, basic appliance resets, etc.) Replace light bulbs, troubleshoot basic AV/TV setups, and ensure HVAC systems are functioning Check safety systems (fire alarms, CO detectors, etc.)

Maintenance & Field Work



Identify issues with electrical, plumbing, or structural components Use hand and power tools to complete small fixes Install small appliances/equipment as needed Conduct basic exterior upkeep (trash collection, walkway checks, etc.)

Communication & Office Support



Professionally communicate with guests and high-net-worth homeowners Support reservation calls and guest inquiries in the office as needed Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection teams Report issues promptly to Operations and Maintenance leadership

Qualifications & Skills



Required



Strong hospitality instincts and customer-service professionalism Ability to work confidently with high-net-worth individuals Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Comfortable with basic computer skills (email, PMS tools, apps) Experience with hand tools and minor maintenance tasks Ability to read basic diagrams/manuals Physical stamina and manual dexterity High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred



Prior experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, luxury homes, property management, or facilities Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Experience in a hybrid role involving both fieldwork and customer interaction

Work Location



On-site in Park City, UT (no remote work available)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
