Henness & Haight, Injury Law is expanding and looking to add an empathetic, client-oriented Case Manager to our team. Being a "people person" is a must as customer service and good communication skills are a cornerstone of the position. In addition to being a hard worker, you must also be understanding and patient with client needs. The ability to multi-task and remain organized is also key, and at least 4-6 years of claims management experience is required.

In fact, the majority of our Case Managers have been with us for more than 10 years. We pay well and the amount of your salary will be based directly on your level of experience. We pay overtime, we give all staff their birthday off paid, we offer 12 days of additional PTO per year, and we close every Friday at 4:00 pm. Health insurance and other benefits are also offered.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of 80-100 pre-litigation cases from inception to resolution. Review and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations. Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on case progress. Ensure proper phone etiquette when interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience in pre-litigation management or similar roles within a law office setting. Strong knowledge of Personal Injury Law. Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents. Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $58,240.00 - $66,560.00 per year
