Pre-License Commercial Real Estate Role

This opportunity is designed for individuals completing their pre licensing program who want to gain real world exposure while preparing to enter the industry. You will be learning the fundamentals that matter most in commercial real estate, from prospecting to building investor relationships, so you can step into the business with confidence and momentum.

Compensation:


$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Complete M and M University Attend real estate training Organize and build your database Communicate with your database Intern with teams or agents when possible Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income Learn sales talk and scripts Complete designated non-agent-allowed activities Misc. activities as needed Complete required outbound research calls

Qualifications:

Sales experience 18 years of age or older High School education, college preferred Willingness and commitment to obtaining a real estate license Passing real estate school and M and M University Desire to earn income in a high-pay commission industry Driven High Capacity Coachable Committed Effective Communicators Motivated Urgent Mindset Commission opportunity

Real Estate license is not required to start. We can help you obtain your license so you can start earning commissions. Must be licensed to earn income
