Pre-K Floater Teacher
Schedule:
7:30 AM-4:30 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time Available)Covenant Kids Academy - Alma, AR
We're looking for a warm, dependable Pre-K Floater to support our 3- and 4-year-old classrooms. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children, enjoys helping wherever needed, and can jump in smoothly to support our teaching team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in both 3-year-old and 4-year-old Pre-K classrooms Co-teach daily lessons, centers, and routines Step into classrooms as needed to support teachers and maintain ratios Help create a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment Follow daily schedules and classroom expectations Communicate professionally with staff and families Support general classroom organization and light cleaning duties
Qualifications:
Reliable, friendly, and flexible Comfortable working with preschool-age children Ability to follow routines and support lead teachers Previous childcare experience preferred but not required Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
