Field Technician & Operations Support Specialist

to join our Baton Rouge team.

In this role, you'll work in the field collecting traffic data that engineers and planners use to make Louisiana's roads safer and more efficient, while also supporting our operations team with data processing, mapping, scheduling, and project coordination.

No industry experience is required -- we provide

paid training

to get you started.

What You'll Do:

Field Responsibilities

Travel to project sites across Louisiana (company vehicle provided) Install and remove roadside cameras and pneumatic road tubes Safely use ladders and power tools for equipment setup Collect and report accurate traffic data

Operations Support Responsibilities

Upload, organize, and review field data Work with maps, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools to support project planning Assist with logistics between field teams and project managers Communicate effectively to ensure smooth project flow

What We're Looking For:

Valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record (MVR check required) Ability to pass a drug screening Comfortable driving long distances and working outdoors in varied weather Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Strong computer skills

-- Excel, cloud systems, file management

Comfort working with maps and site-location tools

Strong communication and organizational skills

What We Offer:

$720-$880 per week -- paid biweekly

Full-time schedule -- 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:

Mostly daytime shifts, Monday-Friday Occasional weekend work (
