Job Description

Bridges Foundation is seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to work along side high school students with barriers to employment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure individuals served are safe in their working conditions and program participation at all times. Use quality supervisory skills to coach, train, teach, model and mentor students. Model employment and life skills to students. Exhibit professional customer service skills.

Hours Vary

The base is Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4 PM.

This job requires a clear background check with no prior felonies.
