About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Precision Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Your expertise in precision machining and commitment to quality will directly impact our production efficiency and product excellence.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy. Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining parameters and tolerances. Conduct thorough quality control inspections using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to validate conformance to design specifications. Troubleshoot machining issues, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine machining processes and improve overall efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Required Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a relevant technical degree or certification program. Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar precision machining capacity. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
