What You'll Do

As a Precast Production Technician, you'll be trained and empowered to learn all areas of precast manufacturing. Typical responsibilities include:

Receiving extensive hands-on training to build a solid, long-term career in precast concrete Prepping, stripping, and cleaning forms Installing rebar, reinforcing wire, and conduit Pouring and finishing concrete in various form types and sizes Reading drawings and using tape measures and tools accurately Operating 10-ton and 25-ton overhead cranes Using ladders and/or manlift equipment Following established processes to ensure top-quality products Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Must pass a pre-employment drug test Must be 18 years or older Previous concrete/precast experience is a plus -- but we will gladly train hardworking, eager-to-learn candidates Commitment to safety and PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat, gloves, hearing protection, safety glasses; masks as required by OSHA/CDC/State of Ohio)

Physical Requirements

Reaching, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and balancing Regularly lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 30-50 lbs. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in a production environment
