What You'll Do:

Take charge of a high-volume caseload and guide clients from intake through settlement Be the first point of contact--conduct client intakes and build strong, supportive relationships Collect and analyze medical records, police reports, and other key documents Draft demand package and settlement documents Coordinate medical treatment and track client progress Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and preparation Keep case files organized and up-to-date using our cutting-edge case management system

What You Bring to the Table:

Solid understanding of legal terminology and personal injury procedures Top-notch communication skills--both written and verbal Tech-savvy with legal software and Microsoft Office Self-starter who can also shine in a team setting Master of multitasking and time management

Bonus Points For:

3+ year of experience in personal injury pre-litigation Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills Familiarity with FileVine, Clio, or Needles
