We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a busy mobile veterinary practice. This role is critical in helping the business run efficiently while supporting staff, clients, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of a mobile veterinary practice
Coordinate scheduling, routing, and staffing for mobile appointments
Supervising and supporting technicians, assistants, and administrative staff
Ensure reliability, accountability, and consistent performance across the team
Handle client concerns and ensure excellent customer service
Oversee inventory, supplies, and truck readiness
Assist with payroll, timekeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
Maintain compliance with veterinary regulations and company policies
Qualifications
Management experience (veterinary, medical, or service-based preferred)
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing schedules and coordinating logistics
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using scheduling and practice management software
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within service area
