We are looking for a Clinic Manager to join our team. The Manager?s main responsibility is:


Managing the patient?s experience, care, outcomes, and retention. Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion Set clear expectations and goals for patients Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes Manage and oversee clinical, administrative, and exercise teams Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on clinic growth

QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor?s degree in a health or management-related field 3- 5 years of leadership experience Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time Embodies servant leadership Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills
