Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management principles. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient functioning of the practice while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities



Oversee all aspects of practice management, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation. Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective communication within the team. Manage medical records and ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain systems for efficient patient flow and appointment scheduling. Coordinate fiscal management activities, including billing, collections, and financial reporting. Develop policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient satisfaction. Provide medical administrative support to physicians and clinical staff as needed. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements



Proven experience in healthcare management or practice management. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of medical office management practices and procedures. Familiarity with JCAHO standards and healthcare regulations. Proficiency in managing medical records systems and electronic health records (EHR). Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
