Role Overview:

The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and manage the team, and ensure the delivery of top-tier chiropractic services. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing business operations and leading teams to real success.

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership and Team Management:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Conduct regular business meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices. Implement training programs to enhance team performance and patient care.

Operational Oversight:

Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflow. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Patient Experience Enhancement:

Ensure exceptional patient service from initial contact through follow-up care. Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Financial Management:

Oversee billing, coding, and insurance claim processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage accounts receivable and payable, maintaining financial integrity. Prepare and manage the clinic's budget, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Strategic Planning and Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to drive clinic growth and patient retention. Analyze market trends and patient demographics to inform business development initiatives. Collaborate with CEO to enhance the clinic's visibility and reputation.

Leadership Excellence:

Demonstrated past ability to lead teams, with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.

Operational Expertise:

Strong understanding of clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow management.

Financial Acumen:

Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing billing and insurance processes.

Patient-Centric Approach:

Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
