Spanning over 200 pristine acres, our club features a pristine 18-hole golf course, practice facilities, a golf house/barn and a pro shop.

What We Expect




We are seeking a part-time, dynamic, and professional individual to join our Golf Practice Facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a positive and outgoing attitude, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in the operation and maintenance of practice areas, golf clubs, and carts. A willingness to contribute to departmental goals, the ability to anticipate needs, and the initiative to take action are essential.


In return, we offer flexible working hours, state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, and a supportive team of managers and members. This is a part-time, on-site position requiring rotating availability during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.




Key Responsibilities




As a Golf Practice Facilities Attendant at Dunwoody Country Club, you will:

Greet members

by name upon arrival and departure, delivering prompt and courteous service to members and guests.

Complete

daily checklist and obligations as assigned by manager

Maintain, clean, attend to and properly stock

short game and practice areas, range tee(s), golf balls and ball washing area.

Operate

range picker and/or manually collect golf balls around range netting, golf course, and surrounding areas.

Maintain

high levels of clean range balls at hitting stations.

Perform other duties

as assigned or needed to ensure a clean and safe environment.



To be successful in this role, you should have:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in the safe and effective use of golf equipment and facilities. Previous experience in a golf practice or similar facility. Commitment to working scheduled shifts. Integrity, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.



Additional Information




This is part-time, on-site position requiring rotating availability during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is essential. Applicants who do not live within a reasonable commuting distance should plan to relocate prior to their start date.

Job Requirements:



Valid driver's license and capable of operating a golf cart Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.



Job Responsibilities



Communicate daily with the Golf Professional Staff regarding events and operations; complete daily tasks and checklists assigned by the manager. Provide a warm and welcoming experience for members and guests; assist with handling golf bags. Deliver prompt, courteous service, share golf course and club information. Ensure all areas of the operation are properly attended to, stocked, and cleaned. This includes (but is not limited to) range tee(s), short game areas, practice range, chipping area, ball washing station, putting green and surrounding areas. Maintain an adequate supply of clean range balls at hitting stations; fill baskets in the evening to prepare for the next day's opening shift; operate the range picker to collect golf balls. * Other duties as assigned or needed to ensure a clean and safe environment.
