Supervises and Supports Management Team that includes Assistant Practice Administrator, Process and Systems Manager, Front Desk & Operations Manager, Billing Manager, Data Analysis & Medical Assistant Manager, and Information Systems Engineer.
Job Summary:
The Practice Administrator is a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for managing the physician practices. We are a privately physician owned family medicine group with 28 providers, 100 employees, and four locations in Greeley and Johnstown, Colorado. We are looking for a Practice Administrator with a proven record of success to join our group. This role focuses on practice operations, operational excellence, financial stability, physicians and staff relations, and strategic planning. The Practice Administrator is hands-on, strategic, organized, and capable of leading practice staff, optimizing financial and operational performance, and contributing to the partnership's continued growth.

Strong fiscal management and operational background.
Strong computer and technological literacy, proficiency with Microsoft including advanced knowledge of Excel.
High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Background with accounting and experience with QuickBooks software helpful.

Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelors' degree required; health care administration, business administration, or public administration is preferred.
Strong financial background.
Minimum five years of health care management experience.
Demonstrated accomplishments and career growth in the healthcare field.
Experience with a Practice of similar size and structure.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a group.
Physical Requirements:
Must possess the physical and cognitive abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
Prolonged periods or standing and working on a computer.
Occasional lifting of 15-20 pounds, such as lifting office equipment or supplies
Manual dexterity to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
Visual acuity to view documents and computer screen.
Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in written form.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform effectively under pressure.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
