PR & Marketing Specialist

Are you a skilled PR & Marketing professional with a passion for building community presence, elevating brand reputation, and creating meaningful engagement? We're looking for a part-time PR & Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead all in-house marketing, branding, and community relations efforts.

This is an on-site position (not remote) and will play a key role in strengthening our public image and client outreach. If you're someone who loves storytelling, brand building, and creating real relationships beyond the screen -- we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Manage and elevate the practice's public image and brand presence Lead community involvement efforts, partnerships, and local outreach Oversee reputation management, including online reviews and public feedback Create and execute marketing campaigns (digital + in-person) Handle all in-house branding, promotional materials, and messaging Manage social media content, engagement, and strategy Assist with event coordination, sponsorships, and media opportunities Develop press releases, newsletters, and communication pieces Collaborate with leadership to maintain a consistent voice and visual identity

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, marketing, communications, or a related role Strong portfolio showcasing past work (community engagement, brand management, campaigns, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident with social media platforms, branding tools, and basic digital marketing systems Self-starter with strong organizational and relationship-building skills Comfortable working on-site and representing the business in the community

Schedule & Compensation
