Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PPF (Paint Protection Film) Installer to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have experience with vehicle customization, auto body work, and a strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair. This role involves applying protective films to vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining customer satisfaction through expert service. Prior dealership experience and mechanic skills are highly valued, along with proficiency in various hand and power tools. The PPF Installer will play a vital role in enhancing vehicle appearance and protection while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install paint protection films on a variety of vehicle surfaces with precision and attention to detail Prepare vehicles by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas prior to application Use hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, buffing equipment, and auto glass tools to ensure flawless installation Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as detailing, auto painting, auto body repair, and auto restoration as needed Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure durability and aesthetic standards are met Assist with vehicle inspections and minor repairs related to auto body or mechanical issues Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures and addressing client questions professionally

Qualifications

Dealership experience or background in auto body repair, auto painting, or auto restoration is preferred Proficiency with welding, vehicle maintenance, auto glass installation, buffing, and detailing techniques Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint sprayers Strong understanding of auto estimating processes is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installations or repairs Mechanic experience or background in auto repair enhances suitability for this role Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Valid driver's license is preferred for vehicle-related tasks
