Midwest Custom Print is seeking a highly skilled

PPC Specialist

to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions across search engines and social media platforms. This is a

part-time contract role (5-10 hours weekly)

with the flexibility to work

both in-office and remotely

, depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across:

Google Ads

Bing Ads

Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager)

Instagram Ads

YouTube Ads

Conduct keyword and audience research, competitive analysis, and segmentation to maximize campaign performance. Optimize campaigns for

ROI, CTR, CPA, ROAS

, and overall conversion results. Build and manage

conversion tracking

using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, and platform tracking tools. Perform

A/B testing

on ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences. Provide weekly or bi-weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube. Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC with SEO, email, and content initiatives. Stay current with trends, updates, and best practices in paid media.

Qualifications

Google Ads Certification required

(Search minimum). Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across

Google, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube

. Strong understanding of paid social strategies, including audience building and funnel targeting. Experience with

Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, event tracking, and conversion setup

. Knowledge of

CRO and A/B testing

strategies. Familiarity with eCommerce funnels is a plus. Strong analytical and report-building skills. Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and with a team. Agency experience preferred but not required.
