Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience with power washing equipment, minor landscaping, and light labor tasks Ability to operate and maintain a truck with a trailer (valid driver's license required) Mechanically inclined; basic knowledge of small equipment maintenance Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Summary Statement:

The Power Washing & Grounds Labor Technician is responsible for performing routine power washing of sites, minor landscaping upkeep, and other light labor tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance at company properties.

Position Contingencies:

Must consent to a criminal background check and be willing to submit to a drug test

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and on-demand power washing of building exteriors, sidewalks, fueling areas, and car wash facilities Conduct minor landscaping tasks, including debris cleanup, trimming, and seasonal upkeep Complete small-scale site improvements such as painting, minor repairs, and general labor projects Safely operate and maintain all assigned equipment and vehicles Monitor work quality and ensure completed tasks meet company standards Maintain inventory of supplies and report replenishment needs Assist with other site projects or maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Director of
Facilities
Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or concerns

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods * Comfortable operating pressure washing equipment, landscaping tools, and basic hand tools
