An International IT support & solutions serving the automotive industry is seeking an enthusiastic and driven

Power Platform Solution Engineer

with experience in Japanese language and business culture to support Japan-based clients and projects and eager to grow their skills. Your primary role will be providing day-to-day IT assistance within the company and supporting tasks related to Microsoft Power Apps.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Conduct requirement hearings, workshops, and interviews to understand business processes and objectives. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Design, develop, and deploy applications using

Microsoft Power Apps

(Canvas and Model-Driven). Create and maintain requirement documents, specification documents, and user guides. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Apps solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds if needed. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision and hearing.*
Other duties assigned depending on various projects requirements.*

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in

Power Apps development

(Canvas and Model-Driven). Strong background in

stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and documentation

. Hands-on experience creating

requirement documents, functional specifications, and technical specifications

. Familiarity with

Power Automate, Power BI

. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
