SUMMARY

Power Platform Developer is responsible to design, implement, and optimize business solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role partners closely with business units to streamline workflows, automate processes, and deliver insights that improve efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across the organization. Reports to the Director of Business Systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Process Analysis & Improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and opportunities. Map and re-engineer business processes, applying automation and digital tools where appropriate Solution Development Build custom Power Apps applications to digitize manual processes. Create intuitive SharePoint-based solutions for collaboration and knowledge management. Analytics & Insights Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable, real-time insights. Change Enablement Train and support users on new tools and workflows, driving adoption and continuous improvement. Maintain clear documentation of solutions, queries, and processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to bridge technical solutions and business needs. Perform other related duties as required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Education: Associates Degree Required Experience: 2+ years demonstrated programming experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem: SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Preferred Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience with EPICOR systems administration Experience with writing, modifying and executing SQL Queries and Stored Procedures Must be a U.S. Citizen
