Job Summary:
The Power Mill Programmer is responsible for creating, verifying, and maintaining CNC mill programs using 2D and 3D CAD software. This role requires strong attention to detail, quality focus, and the ability to analyze and verify machining models and toolpaths to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Job Functions:
Use 2D and 3D CAD software to support CNC milling operations Apply appropriate toolpaths to 3D models for CNC mills Ensure all print features are accurately represented in the model Simulate and verify programs to confirm accuracy and functionality Store CNC programs and models in their designated locations per company standards
