Power BI Specialist

to join our team and help transform complex data into clear, actionable intelligence.


This position will: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Connect to multiple data sources and perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation. Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption of BI tools. Document processes and maintain scalable BI solutions


Interested candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field and the following:

2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role. Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). Proficiency with SQL and relational databases. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning integration with Power BI. Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) is a plus. Be able to travel to our three locations and continuously stay up to date with Power BI advancements. Be able to work in the US
