Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Cleaning of parts per powder coat dept leads instructions
Masking and plugs of parts per drawings, work orders, and templates (tape, paper, cardboard, silicone plugs, etc)
Hanging of parts with CV hooks as instructed by painter
Moving racks, pallets, and carts around powder coat dept.
Unracking and quality checking of finished parts.
Assisting with rework panels; sand, clean, and rinse processes.
Move parts from department to department on pallet jacks.
Basic cleaning duties; dusting/vacuuming tables, cleaning machinery, sweeping floors, organizing tools, emptying trash cans etc.
Other light duty tasks as assigned.

Learn how to powder coat parts as training progresses.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication.
Ability to read, interpret and fill out written forms for internal work processes.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Good hygiene, shower daily.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
No baggy or loose fitting clothes or jewelry.
Close-toed shoes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
