Job Summary
The College of Public Health, Department of Biostatistics seeks a Post Doctor Scholar. Responsibilities of this position include:
1. Develop novel methods and tools for analyzing continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), kinome, RNA-seq, and/or high-throughput array (including antibody array) data under the guidance of sponsoring professor.
2. Manage data generated in the Diabetes Solution COBRE projects, work out routine statistical analyses and study design, including power calculations, sample size determinations and statistical analysis plan.
3. Apply machine learning approaches to integrate diverse datasets collected from study participants to identify subtle differences that may not be detectable using standard analytical methods.
