Overview:

We are in the business of home ownership and are looking for a Post Closing Coordinator who will find a career home with us. This non-exempt role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail as you will be responsible for sorting incoming/outgoing mail.

What you will do





As the Post Close Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all loan documentation.Assist in opening and receiving all closing packages Copy and scan all post-closing documents (closing packages, recorded documents, affidavits etc.) Ship all post-close documents and maintain details on shipping Review all documents and recording fees for 100% accuracy Maintain accurate records and logs Act as a leader within the company All other duties assigned

What you will bring





High-School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 1-Year Experience in Real Estate/Mortgage Industry Strong Customer Service Focus Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines Capability to Work both Independently and as part of a Team Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask Familiarity with Computers, including Online Searching and Typing
