This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with precision in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:

  • Review closed loan file documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
  • Record and track deficiencies or suspense items, ensuring timely resolution and communication with internal teams.
  • Prepare files for delivery to investors, auditors, and examiners.
  • Review and process government insurance forms and complete insurance requirements for FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
  • Pay government loan insurance premiums and meet all investor delivery deadlines.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from investors, internal staff, and correspondent clients.
  • Maintain and update review checklists and work instructions to reflect current compliance requirements.
  • Protect confidentiality of all customer and institutional information in accordance with company policy.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing, loan review, or a related operational role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs, and investor delivery requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and mortgage banking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with initiative and problem-solving ability.
