to lead ourPost-Acute (Short Stay) Rehab Unit.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of clinicians delivering exceptional short-term rehab care. Integrate evidence-based rehab practices and clinical pathways into daily operations. Manage staffing, training, and patient outcomes for our fast-paced post-acute unit. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support each resident's recovery journey. Stay ahead of trends in rehab care and implement best-in-class nursing practices.
What You Bring:
BSN required
Recent hands-on clinical experience
Geriatric or rehab nursing experience
is a major plus Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Previous supervisory/management experience is highly encouragedWhat We Offer:
