Job Summary:

LOCG LLC, is looking to hire a Porter to perform janitorial duties at a contracted site in CO. This position will work with very little to no supervision utilizing digital communication to ensure satisfactory work progress. The ideal candidate will be able to perform duties to the highest of standards, utilizing best practices, and ensuring safety and security is their top priority.

Responsibilities

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform ground maintenance activities such as sweeping, mowing, pressure washing Perform and document routine inspections of quality using mobile application Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations Prompt communication skills

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a janitor Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets Must be able to pass a Background investigation Integrity and ability to work independently Reliable transportation High school degree
