We are seeking a dedicated Porter/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Our Porter/Dishwasher will have strong understanding of kitchen operations.
As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen runs efficiently and help maintain a clean and smooth kitchen operations while contributing to an exceptional experience for our guests.
Duties
Assist in the preparation: chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as per menu specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, sanitizing of all equipment
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives
Help all areas of kitchen and front of house with cleaning practices
