Essential Responsibilities:
- General building cleaning (floors, carpet, windows, glass, furniture, appliances, apartments, etc)
\xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting superintendent with projects and tasks as needed.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Job consists of interior and exterior work.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Must have hands on knowledge and direct experience working within a luxury residential building with floor machines, stripping, buffing, waxing, carpet extractors, blowers, lawn mowers, snow blowers, trimmers and other residential maintenance equipment. Anticipated compensation for this position is $24 per hour depending on location. Rose Associates requires all colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless there is an approved religious or medical exemption.
