Job Description

We are hiring a dependable
Porter / Groundskeeper
to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a Commercial HOA site. This position focuses on keeping common areas clean, professional, and well-maintained for tenants, businesses, and visitors.Responsibilities:
Pick up trash and debris throughout the property, including walkways and parking areas Clean and maintain dumpster and refuse areas Pressure wash sidewalks, entryways, and common spaces Assist with pulling weeds and basic landscaping upkeep Ensure all exterior common areas remain clean, safe, and presentable Support the maintenance or HOA team with general upkeep tasks as needed
Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically able to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Previous porter, groundskeeping, or commercial property experience preferred but not required
