to join our team!Danforth Heights is a 166-unit family apartment community located in downtown Portland, ME.

Job Responsibilities:
Final cleaning of apartments during the unit turnover process Trash room maintenance and property-wide trash removal, including: + Cleaning trash rooms and chutes
+ Preparing containers for pick-up
+ Removing trash from hallways and grounds
Delivering notices to residents as requested by property management Performing light maintenance, including painting and patching Cleaning exterior stairs and drains, including leaf removal Assisting maintenance/property management with vendor access to units Daily property walks to pick up trash and replace burned-out light bulbs Alternating on-call shifts required. You must live within 30mins of Portland and have a valid driver's license and own transportation for on-call.
$150 premium paid for all week's that you are on-call, additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time.

Reliable and punctual with attention to detail Ability to work independently Light maintenance/cleaning experience preferred Pre-employment background check EOE
