We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Duties

Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Perform routine inspections to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries or requests. Support other team members with various tasks as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for long periods, lifting, and moving items.
