As a Maintenance Representative, you'll maintain cleanliness and safety for an entire Store, inside and out, all while making our customers feel welcome.

What is the work?

Sanitation:

Maintains Store cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization Cleans / picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the Store

- Uses H-E-B chemical program; correctly organizes / maintains stock in maintenance room

Washes windows and mirrors throughout Store Empties / cleans trash receptacles throughout the shift Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards / SOPs


Maintenance:

Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders Performs minor maintenance repairs using simple hand tools Maintains ceiling air vents; replaces light bulbs


Customer Service:

Works with and around customers; attends to their needs Assists customers in the location of product Performs Customer Service Assistant (CSA) duties, when needed


What is your background?

Minimum age 18 (mandatory) Completion of Company Orientation, Basics of Safety training, and In-store orientation

It is Partners' responsibility to never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit. If an item is too heavy to lift, push or pull, and / or carry, the Partner must break the box down into lighter, smaller, more manageable components, or ask for assistance from another Partner or a manager.
