Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair all types and manufacturers of pool equipment
Repair and replace pool filters, pumps, motors, salt systems, and cleaners (heaters are a plus)
Install new equipment and warranty repairs
Complete service schedules in an efficient and time conscious manner, with minimal call backs
Follow up with customer after job completion to ensure satisfaction
Ensure a superior, high level of customer service is being provided to all customers
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge in

pool pumps, motors, filters, automation systems, heaters (gas and electric heat pumps), lights (led and traditional), salt systems, replumbing of suction and pressure side must understand plumbing, electrical, hydraulics diagnose and repair of all pool equipment Familiarity with Hayward, Jandy, and Pentair systems is a plus.?Must have good communication skills, and be able to talk to customers.
Prior experience in the pool industry preferred
Valid Florida Driver's License
Ability to lift 50 lbs. +, repetitive bending, squatting, twisting and standing
Applicants must pass criminal background checks, safe driving screening and training, as well as a pre-employment drug screening
Must provide valid photo ID, Social Security card, and attest to proof of eligibility to work in the United States at time of hire. BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
