You have
2-5+ years of pool repair experience
You have experience inmajor repairs and pool remodeling
You areproficient in estimating, sourcing parts, and communicating with suppliers
You excel atcustomer communication
You have strongplumbing, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
You understandpool automation installation, programming, and service
You areorganized, detail-oriented, and reliable
What Winning Looks Like
You will take ownership in providing high-quality repair and customer service by:
Installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing:
Pool automation systems
Variable speed pumps
Heaters
Filters
Salt systems
Lighting & pool electrical components
Providingdetailed written estimates
for equipment replacements and remodeling projects Maintainingaccurate job records and parts inventory using pool service software
Communicating clearly with customers about repair options and estimatesClosing service sales by following up with customers
Ordering needed parts and coordinating with suppliers Providingtechnical guidance
and monitoring repair qualityQualifications
Strong
organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to usepool industry software, email, and mobile technology
Florida driver's license
with a clean driving recordNo criminal background
