Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in liner pool construction disciplines and demonstrate leadership capabilities on-site. This role requires a hands-on approach to installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship while overseeing and guiding a team of installers. The Lead Installer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes. Oversee the work of installation teams, providing training and support as needed. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and tools. Perform various installation tasks, including Steel wall, plumbing, vermiculite, liner installation, equipment installation, minor excavation. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Maintain accurate records of project progress and report any issues or delays to management.

Skills

Experience in pool construction. Familiarity with plumbing systems and electrical installations. Hands-on experience with various hand tools and power tools used in construction. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Understanding of heavy equipment operation for site preparation tasks. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
