Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Hall and Game Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. This role involves greeting customers and providing excellent customer service, running a cash register and daily promotions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment in the game room.

Duties

Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints quickly. Manage and balance a cash register and take payment for snacks, game rentals, tournaments, and special promotions. Check to ensure game room, bathrooms, and store front is clean and games are all properly functioning. Escalate any questions or equipment issues you can not address directly to manager. Work with manager and other team members to plan and execute special events, parties, and promotions

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services. Fun, energetic, and outgoing personality and ability to interact positively with customers Experience in customer facing roles in retail, food service, or hospitality, and cash handling is preferred. Knowledge of pool/billiard, dart, and cornhole tournaments is desirable but not required Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in emergency situations.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
