About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on

Pool Construction Manager

to oversee the full construction and installation of residential swimming pools, including excavation, forming, steel, plumbing, shotcrete, tile & coping, decking, and final finishes.
This role requires someone with strong field experience who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the project is built to standard from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day field operations for multiple pool construction projects. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors (excavation, steel, plumbing, shotcrete, electricians, inspectors, finish crews, etc.). Perform daily jobsite visits to ensure quality, progress, and safety. Review plans, measurements, elevations, and specifications before and during construction. Schedule inspections and ensure all phases pass according to local codes. Communicate with homeowners regarding updates, timelines, and jobsite expectations. Order materials and coordinate deliveries to keep projects on schedule. Resolve onsite issues, delays, or construction conflicts. Complete punch lists, final walkthroughs, and ensure proper project closeout. Report progress to company leadership on a daily/weekly basis.

Qualifications

Previous experience in

pool construction

, outdoor construction, or related trades is required. Strong understanding of pool construction phases (excavation ? plumbing ? steel ? shell ? tile/coping ? plaster). Ability to read plans, understand elevations, drainage, and site layout. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Must have reliable personal vehicle -- mileage/gas reimbursed. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred (not required).
