Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time pool cleaner and are willing to train the right person! We have been in business since 1994, are locally family owned and operated, and are looking for our newest team member!

You will be an employee with our company, this is

NOT a 1099 position.

We have paid training, we offer health insurance benefits with employer contribution, and 401k with a company match. We also offer dental, vision & life insurance that is employee elected and employee paid. We give 14 days of paid vacation during the holiday seasons.

To join our team be able to start your days early and be willing to work late. You will be responsible for a full route of 75+ pools, that are located within 7 miles of our shop, all in the same city. That means less drive time for you between pools! You must be hard working, friendly and have excellent time management skills. This position will require you to clean pools, empty baskets, brush walls, clean out debris and maintain water chemistry. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and tolerate a day in the heat. This is a year-round position and once you have proven to be proficient with your pools there is room for advancement!

You are paid per pool - the rate depends on if you have your own truck or if we need to provide one for you.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
